Unpacking the Human Experience, One Story at a Time
I’m a writer and researcher with a deep passion for exploring complex narratives through civic engagement, political analysis, and creative projects. My work spans from academic research on Middle Eastern politics to reflective essays and personal stories that delve into family dynamics, identity, and cultural shifts. I bring a narrative-driven approach to both my professional projects and personal writing, blending qualitative insights with data-driven analysis to create compelling content. Whether it’s guiding students in civic engagement or collaborating on impactful research, I like to delve into the crossroads of storytelling and critical inquiry, striving to challenge conventional perspectives.
This passion for narrative began in my early years, shaped by a life lived across borders as an immigrant. Raised in international communities, I was exposed to diverse cultures and political contexts that sparked my interest in history, philosophy, and politics. I pursued these interests academically at the American University in Bulgaria, majoring in Political Science & International Relations with a minor in Philosophy and Religion. I had the honour of being appointed as a young advisor at Chatham House as part of their centennial celebration. My journey was additionally enriched by collaborating with the Friends of the Arab World Organisation and the Center for Information, Democracy, and Citizenship (CIDC), where I engaged directly with research and civic responsibility .These experiences, combined with my leadership roles in university unions, have given me a unique perspective on the power of active participation and the importance of fostering dialogue in shaping societal change…
